* No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the mistake is from our side.

* The order requires 7–14 days for production and delivery. If the order exceeds 20 days, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

* Any adjustments or size modifications must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, alterations will be subject to an additional fee.

* Abayas must be dry cleaned only to maintain fabric quality and durability.
